Chakra Affirmations
Daily affirmations organized by chakra to support balance, alignment, and energetic flow.
About chakra work
Alignment through intention
The seven chakras represent energy centers in the body. When aligned and balanced, they support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. These affirmations are designed to help you reconnect to each center.
How to use these affirmations
Each chakra card includes:
- Affirmation - A supportive statement to speak or hold in your awareness
- Focus word - A single word to anchor your practice
- Reflection prompt - A question to guide deeper exploration
You can work through one chakra per day, focus on a specific area that needs attention, or simply browse and see what resonates.
Keep it grounded
These affirmations aren't about forcing energy or achieving perfection. They're about noticing, naming, and gently realigning.
Even 30 seconds of focused attention can shift your state.
