You have 5 Bodies!

Learn the necessary skills for harvesting your best version of yourself!

How can you maximize your overall well-being through mindfulness? To achieve this effectively, it’s essential to recognize that you consist of five bodies, starting with more than just your physical form. Many ailments often stem from misalignments that precede physical symptoms, diseases, or cancers manifesting. Healing comes from understanding your tools.  Like any other skillset – you must practice with consistency and ultimately daily routines that quite frankly none of us are trained in. Can you imagine if these skills were taught in schools and the impact into our adult lives?  But it is not too late!

Let’s delve into your five bodies of consciousness and the principles of downward causation. Misalignments occur in the top 4 bodies that impact all of them until it reaches your physical body too.

Bliss Body:  Closely tied to your spiritual awareness and representing pure consciousness that transcends your ego. Impacts your happiness, joy, peace, your success in personal and professional outcomes. And when unified outside of yourself can create universal impacts.

For this area to thrive, focus on deepening your spiritual awareness. Engage in practices like pro-consciousness meditations to connect with your inner self, fostering happiness, peace, and holistic well-being that resonates beyond the individual to create collective harmony.  Read your bible or books and scriptures that elevate and feed your spiritual being.

Supramental Body:  This serves as the basis of your higher archetypes, self-expression, symbolic alignment, and intuitive capabilities. We are naturally designed with potentiality to be authentic and truthful in our behavior, but we are evolutionarily and socially programmed to ignore this potentiality. Instead, we are encouraged to be a certain way in order to fit in with society.

Cultivate self-expression and authenticity through self-reflection and mid-level meditation. Encourage a deeper connection to your true self, resisting societal pressures to conform, and using tools like self-hypnosis and affirmations to foster your personal truth and creativity.

Mental Body:   This area encompasses your active thoughts and the meanings you assign to them. Those meanings can wreak havoc even if you are inaccurate.  That’s right your mental thoughts even when you are wrong can make you sick.  However, they can also have a healing effect. There are case examples of surgery without anesthesia and no pain felt. Cancer remissions without treatment beyond energetic and natural approaches. Self-hypnosis, affirmations, and low-level meditations are a great place to start.

Pay attention to your thoughts and the meanings you assign to them. Use low-level meditation, affirmations, and self-hypnosis to rewrite negative thought patterns, focusing on healing narratives that promote health and well-being, addressing how mindset influences physical condition.

Vital Body:  This is your subtle energetic biofield this body which is connected to your chakra energy centers, meridians, emotions, and feelings.  You can support the health of this body by practices such training yourself on heart rate variability breathing, prana – life breathing.  I just have to mention here this is more than just deep breathing which I hear so frequently by clients and even other health coaches. Yes, deep breathing is fine but studies show they are not often done effectively. That means most of us are breathing wrong!  The methods I suggest include biofeedback where you can be monitored thorough a device and a specific app on how to correctly breath in a way that your body, heart, nervous system and brain respond appropriately.  More importantly, they show you when you are doing it wrong. Most clients are completely surprised when using biofeedback.  Additionally, you can enhance your energetic health through practices that promote a strong biofield with frequency and sound healing therapy which can help align emotional energy and foster a sense of vibrancy and connection to your inner life force.

Physical Body: Take care of your physical health through proper nutrition and hydration. Ensure that your physical vessel is cleansed and nourished, facilitating the full expression of the energies from the other bodies. If necessary, you can utilize DNA analysis like nutrigenetics to find your baseline of your body’s current response to food, nutrition, and other things such as how it metabolizes food and absorbs the nutritional values.

Integrating mindfulness throughout all these layers can create a more harmonious existence, allowing for deeper healing and personal growth. The key lies in consistent and intentional practice, much like tending to a garden to achieve its full potential.

In this information – you can see that I aligned with specific tools to equip you with holistic health, wellness, and healing.  There are so many more available.  I encourage you to start small.  I layered this so you can be at beginners level and then elevate to intermediate and eventually expert level before broadening additional methodologies.  If you need some help to decide, consider a quantum health evaluation, AI voice analysis and other tools that can help you determine your focus areas while continuing total, holistic health options.

Cellulite Nemesis

What you can do today

Well, it's that time of year.  The weather is getting steamy and it's now time to wear shorts and bathing suits.  Your ready or at least you think you are and then you take a look in the mirror...uh oh.

I've already had phone calls and texts asking me what do you have that will help?  First, give yourself a break.  You are beautiful inside and out including with the cellulite.

Next, you have to know you can't get rid of cellulite. But, it's not harmful to your overall health. You can reduce the appearance of cellulite through a combination of exercise, nutrition, and even some plant medicine.

There are so many options now, but today I am going to speak about some DIY options.  There are some things you can do.

Don't skip your nutrition and exercise.  Start one of our nutrition programs - we have so many to choose from and you can do them virtually.  Baby steps but just start!  You don't need a gym for exercise unless you need to get away or you need the help of a trainer to keep you motivated or train you on appropriate exercise.

I am a big fan of coffee-sugar scrubs and yes you can use a dry brush, but really you just need to hop in your shower and scrub away!  I'm going to post a recipe below for you to look at and you can make it yourself at home.

In a rush?  Cucumber slices.  Yes, that's right. The phytochemicals in cucumbers actually stimulates the collagen to tighten your skin on the spot to give you the appearance of decreased cellulite.

There are also a bunch of essential oil and carrier oils that can come together and actually reduce the appearance of cellulite and make your skin healthy and hydrated.  I call my recipe "cellulite nemesis".  Reach out if you'd like to try some.

Remember after any treatment please use sunblock before you go outside.

Let me know what you think about the coffee-sugar scrub recipe!

Coffee-Sugar Scrub:

1 cup of finely ground coffee

1/2 cup of a carrier oil - I recommend one of the following three (almond oil, pomegranate oil, or coconut oil).  I like pomegranite added just because it is natures sunblock. You can mix it with another carrier and just add 1/4 cup of each.

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

4 cinnamon bar or cinnamon leaf essential oils

Add everything together in a bowl and mix well.  Store in an air tight container that cannot be "see through".  So dark glass or dark high quality plastic.  It's important to prevent the light from getting through.  Date the container and you can keep this for up to 12 months.

Don't eat it so keep away from children.  After the scrub rinse really well to get the scrub off of your skin.  Please note that your skin will be irritated with any scrub so don't forget to moisturize and use sun block!
